This time, however, without the visa-only restriction, meaning anyone can sign up. This will take place in late October and is expected to last until early December, after which one final lottery draw will be held. Once this ends, any remaining tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
This tournament will also mark the debut of the tournament's use of the dynamic pricing system, where fixed ticket prices will now instead fluctuate based on real-time demand. Entry-level tickets will be expected to start around $60, but the most popular games such as the final are expected to surge to $6730 or even more.
With 104 matches in 16 host cities and a record-breaking 6.5 million fans expected to attend, the 2026 World Cup is set to be the biggest in the competition’s history.
